British Sea Power @ The Church, Leeds 7th April 2017

Is this really the first BSP gig this year? Well it’s definitely my first time in “The Church”.

The Church Venue
Pros – Looks fantastic, plenty of bars and space and all its churchy splendour. Nice light show.
Cons – Almost £5 for a can of Dead Pony. Acoustics bounce around all over the place. Bouncers become a bit too keen when the barriers give way towards the end of the gig and end up grabbing a lad by his lapels for no reason.

The Band

Great as always. The new songs sound even better then they did last year.  Really tight performance.
