Long Division Festival – Wakefield 11th July 2016
Long Division is in it’s 6th year and the 6th time for me. Every single one of them being incredible value for money and a great mix of bands both young and old.
Brix and The Extricated – Night and Day Cafe Manchester 20th November 2015
A cheeky Friday afternoon booked off work, me and Lammy meet at Leeds station and before we know it we’re on the train hurtling through the pennines Manchester bound. Check in at the hotel then onto Chinatown (via a couple of pubs of course). Another stunning tofu dish at The Great Wall chinese restaurant it never fails to disappoint. Enough preamble! The gig!
Brix & The Extricated 30th May 2015
Another enjoyable Brix gig this time at Hebden Bridge Trades Club. Very similar to the previous gig at Leeds Brudenell but with the inclusion of Totally Wired. Can’t fail really. Good time had by all. Hope there’s more dates forthcoming.

Fantastic night last night – Seriously up there with one of my favourite gigs and definitely better than any Fall gig I’ve been to. That said, spending a night watching Sooty play the kazoo would’ve been better than about 80% of Fall gigs I’ve witnessed. Mind you I keep going back to em.
